Join me in this years Magical Santa Experience

Shoots will be held Saturday November 23rd, 2024th 

Join Santa in studio with your child while Santa interacts one on one with your family. No waiting in long lines to see Santa or risking those nasty germs.  

 Shoots will last 10 mins long and will include 1 family (mom, dad, siblings) Please make sure to arrive on time as the shoots will be blocked scheduling 10 min back to back 

You will receive a gallery of 10 edited high resolution files to download. I will also offer prints if you chose to order prints at an additional cost.  A gift awaits from Santa as well. 

($150) a non refundable non transferable retainer of $78.22 will be due at the time of booking ($3.22 is a processing fee) Past retainers will not be accepted. Remaining balance of $75 due at the date of the shoot.  

**This shoot is not included in the watch me grow package. Santa shoots can NOT be rescheduled since Santa is only in studio once***

If services are canceled at any time by the client due to other reason outside of photographer’s control, retainer will be forfeited. The remaining balance is due the day of the shoot of $75 in cash. 

KM Photography shall be the only photography service provider retained by the Client for the session. Family and friends of Client shall be permitted to photograph session, for non-commercial purposes, provided that such person or persons do not interfere with the photographer’s duties. If, in the opinion of the assigned photographer, such person or persons are inhibiting the photographer from performing his or her duties, the client shall be required to stop all further shots.

While every attempt is made to create the best images possible, however no particular photo is guaranteed. The client will obtain all rights and all high resolution digital files which may be used for personal use only, and may not be sold or published without the written consent of KM. Photography. KM Photography reserves the right to display any photographs made in conjunction with this session as samples of work for the purposes of window and showroom exhibit, advertising, promotion on the internet, publication, instruction and professional competition. 

Illness: Due to Covid as well as other illnesses its my focus to keep a clean and safe environment not only for myself but also for all clients that will participate in photo shoots.  If at any point before the scheduled shoot anyone is showing signs and symptoms of illness such as but not limited to runny nose, cough, fever, KM Photography reserves the right to cancel the shoot. If at any point during the scheduled shoot anyone is showing signs and symptoms of illness such as but not limited to runny nose, cough, fever, client will be asked to leave. 

When your shoot is scheduled I ask that you please be on time at your scheduled time. Its imperative to keep my schedule and clients running smoothly. I will not run into the next shoot if you arrive late so you can receive your full time. Its not fair to my other clients who arrive at their scheduled times. If you are more then 5 min late for a 10 min session the shoot is cancelled.  KM Photography cannot be held responsible for outfit choices or self perceiving image. Im a natural based photographer. I can remove small blemishes and smooth wrinkles, I can not change body image. 


If dates and times need to be adjusted to fill gaps I will notify you of any changes in the time to fill gaps.  

COMPLETION OF FINAL PRODUCT: The entire editing process, from time of session to receipt of the final product is normally 1 to 2 weeks, at which time Client will receive the final product of the session.

By signing of this contract the photographer and the clients agree to all terms & conditions stated in this contract
